Dual charging station for your iOS devices Posted: 29 Mar 2011 12:13 AM PDT We’ve seen many charging stations for iOS devices, what about this one. i.Sound offers the Power View Pro which is capable of charging two iOS devices at one time. The station has two slots as seen in the two pictures below, one offers a large space for the iPad and the other slot is a smaller one for the iPhone or iPod Touch. Also on this charging station is two more USB ports which you can charge any two gadgets on that use USB to power their charging. So potentially this could charge four items or devices at one time. The Power View Pro works with all Apple devices and the two regular USB ports work with all “other” devices. You can find this product available in stores around you or on Amazon. The charging station has a nice clean sleek look, and the back of it keeps the cords all nice and neat. [via iTechnews] |

Latest gadgets: Hanwha USB to HDMI adapter for iOS devices Posted: 29 Mar 2011 12:00 AM PDT If you store videos on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch 4th generation and want to watch it on your flat screen at home then you can purchase a new USB / HDMI adapter made by Hanwha. Apple also has a similar product out on the market which you can purchase for $20 cheaper, it gets the job done but if you want to pay for the USB port then this is the product you’ll want to have. The device has three ports on the one side, a 720P HDMI port, along side it is a 2.0 USB port and a mini USB port for charging your device while watching your movie.
So if you are interested in this quick adapter over Apple’s it’ll cost you $73, while Apple makes almost the same product for $39. You will be paying for the USB port if you go with Hanwha’s HDMI adapter, is almost double the price worth it? That’s entirely up to you. [via Engadget] |
