IMHO (in my honest opinion) this is one of those magazines that is truly a trade magazine as it is not for the end user.  Like the rest of M2M, the magazine has a lot of smoke stack verticals that rarely feel connected. So when I look for synergy-like platforms it’s often hard to find.  However, in talking with Bob Wallace I was reminded of an article in SSN. From here, I went to investigate what exactly Comcast (News - Alert) was bundling into its xFinity Home platform.  The system has temperature, lighting control, alarm monitoring and video monitoring.  All of this is bundled within an application that includes email and texting in addition to its team monitoring the system for you...
