M5 Networks, ShoreTel’s (News 
- Alert) cloud division, has added CNP Technologies as one of its alliance partners. CNP will offer ShoreTel’s cloud-based voice and unified communications solutions to its customers in addition to other solutions.
ShoreTel’s award-winning integrated unified communications and its hosted VoIP services will now come bundled with CNP Technologies’ unified communications and hosted services offerings. As a ShoreTel reseller, CNP stands to provide a more solid technology infrastructure support for audio and video systems.
According to the executive director of CNP Technologies, John Garrett, the company is excited to have ShoreTel Cloud/M5 on its portfolio of unified communications offerings, and that this will give the company the flexibility of offering an environment that best serves its customers’ needs. He said that the partnership will ensure ShoreTel’s industry leading standards are offered to hosted unified communication sets that deliver a quality experience that sets them apart from the rest of the industry.
ShoreTel’s cloud division VP of Channels and Alliances, Bob Maute, also expressed his excitement about the partnership. He said ShoreTel’s cloud division was thrilled that one of ShoreTel’s premise solution reseller, CNP, was also the first to join its channel program for the cloud division.
