The company, which describes itself as providing “a complete solution to connect devices to the Internet, wirelessly,” was actually founded by former team members of Apple’s (News - Alert) iPhone and Google’s (News - Alert) Gmail. Its “complete solution” is in the form of programmable network cards that look similar to SD cards but are actually tiny Wi-Fi antennas. Then, users must buy circuit boards to plug these cards into and install them into/onto your devices, allowing them to connect to the “Imp cloud.” ...
