We also have to mention that Retro USB Mouse doesn't use mouse ball, like its predecessor, and instead, it utilizes an optical sensor, so you won't have to clean it anytime soon. As for the buttons, Retro USB Mouse comes with three buttons and a scroll wheel, so that should be enough for most average users out there.

Retro USB Mouse is great, if you're a fan of retro hardware, but we have to say that it looks a bit uncomfortable to us. Anyhow, Retro USB Mouse is available from ThinkGeek for $19.99.
