While Apple (News - Alert) and Amazon are now at each other’s throats trying to increase their customer bases as much as possible, Google announced that it’s going to squeeze into the fight as well with a new high-end tablet that might take the market by storm.
Eric Schmidt (News - Alert) just recently had a talk with an Italian newspaper known by the name of Corriere della Sea, saying, “In the next six months we plan to market a tablet of the highest quality.” Schmidt wasn't keen on telling anyone exactly what the tablet will include, but he did confirm a rumor that's been going around for a long time that speculated on Google's (News - Alert) cooperation with LG in making a new Nexus tablet.
In case you didn't know already, there are many different tablets for Android OS in stores at this time. The most affordable one right now is the Android (News - Alert) 4.0 tablet, selling at just under $100.
