He has 16 years experience in the industry and was an engineer with ConnectWise IT prior to being assigned to Consulting Services. His most recent project was the development of the Business Transformation Audit. His IT career began with the U.S. Marines and continued with Accenture.

Craig graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Outside of his career, he enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
