okay, im 14 and have had my period for about a year, ever since about my second time having it, i’ve used tamons but used a pad to go to bed in. This recent period (ended yesterday), I’ve used pads mainly but now i have itchy red bumps, smaller than a bug bite, thats appearing on the area where a bush is, and high on my inner thigh right beside my vagina. I’m curious if i’ve gotten a rash from pads or if it could be from a hair removal cream i used a little more than a week ago. because normally im sensitive to that kind of stuff, but im worried it might be something else, but if it is from pads or the hair removal cream, how can i get it to go away? but if its something else, what could it be?
the hair removal cream is allowed to be used down there just not to touch your genitals, which i didnt.

I’m pretty sure your not supposed to use hair removal cream there. Read the bottle. Just shave next time.

Any kind of hair removal: shaving; tweasing; waxing; cutting; plucking, and creams can cause the hair follicle to become inflammed and/or infected. I don’t know how or why the practice of getting rid of ones pubic hair has become a full time obsession with both males and females. Hair is there for a reason! It would not be from the pads, it’s from the cream I am positive. Keep your pubic area clean and dry. Don’t use any perfumed products or soaps. You can apply a tiny bit of something like Neosporin or Polysporin (buy at the pharmacy) to a q-tip and then apply to the inflammed area. It should clear up in a few days.
My vagina skin is peeling off?
It mostly looks like its getting raw and the right side of my vagina has white stuff by it like its peeling off. This has never ever happened to me before.I took teen nair hair removal and like a dumbass i used it on my vagina to get the hair off.. but i put the cream on my vagina by mistake and it was burning like hell!! I usually wear pads too, the ones without wings. Will it cause my vagina to get worse?

Oh snap. Go to a doctor. if you worried.
I think I have a serious hair problem..?
I’m 15 years old, 15! I think I’m way too hairy. I have hair everywhere: my chest (which I would be okay with but..), around my nipples, on my stomach, on my back, and it’s thick, very thick (in most places you can barely see my skin), on the back of my neck, on my cheeks, and I mean my whole cheek, from the bottom of my face to under my eyes (I shave whenever it gets noticable, which is usually everyday), on my arms pretty thick, on my rear pretty thick, on my hands.. I would be okay with being hairy, but I’m literally the hairiest kid at my school. I can’t take my shirt off. On the football team I’d skip practice when we had no pads because I didn’t wanna play with my shirt off.. I would prolly be fine, but its on my BACK, and it’s THICK. Does anyone know what I can do? I’ve been thinking about laser but for what I have that would cost a ton, and my parents wouldnt pay it. We’re not too wealthy. If anyone could please gimmie some removal tips or anything? At least better than nair.

Dude, let it go. I had a friend like that who first tried to wax. (I won’t even get into that…) And then laser. (He described it as spending a week healing like he had a sunburn.)
Then it just came back. But patchy and weird looking.
If people wanna say stuff give em the bird and let em know at least you’re a man with testosterone in his system.

yeah i actually saw a news article about you in the paper not to long ago. Front page and everything “Gorilla Escapes From The Zoo. Tries To Live Along Side Humans.”
Awkward questions….?
Umm I really don’t like asking these types of questions but what should I do with my hair down there???
I don’t want to wax and I don’t think your mean’t to shave. Im not sure if your mean’t to use hair removal cream for that area.
*Last time I used wax it got on the hair on my head so im a bit scared.
Im sick of using pads because they’re uncomfortable and I want to start using tampons but im worried I won’t put in in right or it’ll get full and leak during school time or something.
Thanks o////o
shawn i got up all my courage to ask this question and now your making me feel ashamed for asking…

its okay to shave down there, better then using chemicals to remove the hair. if you do not want to shave then maybe you can try just trimming it.
when you get a box of tampons there is a booklet inside with instructions on how to insert a tampon exactly. wearing a tampon the first few times will be uncomfortable and if you are a virgin it can be a tad painful but nothing unbearable. if it is unbearable, remove it immediately. you cannot keep a tampon in for longer then 8 hours at a time, so its best to just sleep in a pad, although you can sleep in a tampon. and if you are worried about leaking, just be sure you change your tampon ever so often and you get the right size depending upon your flow, it tells on the box.
