- Alert) Inc., a heavy hitter in the cloud communications and hosted VoIP industry, stated it would be receiving two new U.S. patents – one pertaining to videoconferencing while the other to call center technologies – awarded by U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Entitled, “Videoconferencing Arrangement Having Multi-Purpose Digital Still Camera,” the patents were issued on June 19th.
Over the last 15 years, the company has happily received over 80 U.S. patents – from voice and video communications to signaling, to processing and storage technologies.
