However under the surface it has a strange software glitch that has persisted for a while and for some users. It just goes randomly between the home screen and helicopter view of all homescreens. | Bing Maps Gets Terabytes of New Imagery Data Posted: 26 Jun 2012 07:02 AM PDT Microsoft has announced a major upgrade to the satellite and aerial imagery it has in its Bing Maps. Previously Microsoft had 129 TB total of satellite and aerial imagery. The new update adds an additional 165 TB of aerial high-resolution images.

| New Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC Is Now Available To Download On Xbox 360 Posted: 26 Jun 2012 06:44 AM PDT As expected Bioware has today rolled out its new Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC, which brings with it a revised ending for the Mass Effect 3 game, and is free to download for Xbox 360 consoles today. The new ending is 1.85Gb is size and was created after gamers expressed disappointment in the Mass Effect 3 original ending and needed a little more closure on certain aspects of the game.

| HTC Evo 3D Gets Android 4.0 ICS Update In Europe Posted: 26 Jun 2012 06:29 AM PDT It looks like another one of HTC’s device is getting updated to the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, the HTC Evo 3D as HTC have announced that the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update is now available in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It isn’t clear as yet which carriers are releasing the update, although there are reports that the update is available on Vodafone, and the Android 4.0.3 update is around 300MB in size and comes with HTC Sense 3.6

| Huawei Ascend D Quad Core Android Smartphone Delayed Until August Posted: 26 Jun 2012 05:54 AM PDT Huawei announced the Ascend D back at MWC 2012 in February, the device has yet to go on sale, and whilst it was expected to launch soon it has now been delayed until August. The Huawei Ascend D uses a quad core SoC which has been developed by Huawei, and this is apparently the reason that the launch of the handset has been delayed, as Huawei have had some sort of technical issues with their new quad core processor.

Vizio has today announced that it will also be launching a new set-top box that will combine both Google TV and the OnLive gaming for a price of just $99. The new Vizio Co-Star will provide access to Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, iHeartRadio, as well as Google TV, and offer online gaming via the cloud OnLive game service.

| Skyrim DLC Dawnguard Lands On the Xbox 360 Today (Video) Posted: 26 Jun 2012 05:24 AM PDT Fans of the massively popular Skyrim will be pleased to know that the first DLC for Skyrim, Dawnguard, will be available to download for the Xbox 360 from today, the version that will be available from today is the English language version. Bethesda have said that they are expecting to release other language versions in July, which include the French, Spanish, German and Italian versions and these are expected to be available around the middle of July.

| Pinterest Says No Android App To Be Announced At Google I/O Posted: 26 Jun 2012 02:52 AM PDT Yesterday we reported that Pinterest were going to be launching an Android App at this weeks Google I/O, we have just received an email from the PR guys at Pinterest, who have said that the app will not be launched this week. However the Adobe Creative Cloud provides access to all the new Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications.

| Droid Incredible 4G LTE Launching July 5th Posted: 26 Jun 2012 01:32 AM PDT It looks like we finally have an official launch date from Verizon for the Droid Incredible 4G LTE, the device will be available with Verizon Wireless from the 5th of July, some two months after the handset was announced. The Droid Incredible 4G LTE features a 4 inch qHD touchscreen display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, processing is provided by Qualcomm's new dual core Snapdragon S4 processor which is clocked at 1.2GHz

| Nokia 808 PureView 41 Megapixel Camera Smartphone Gets Reviewed Posted: 26 Jun 2012 01:20 AM PDT Last week Nokia announced that they would be selling a SIM free version of their 808 PureView smartphone in the US, and it looks like the first reviews on this new smartphone are starting to arrive. The Nokia 808 PureView comes with Symbian Belle, and a 4 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 640 x 960 pixels, there is also a 1.3GHz single core processor and comes with 16GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot that can take up to 32GB cards.

| Microsoft Acquires Yammer For $1.2 Billion Posted: 26 Jun 2012 01:11 AM PDT Microsoft has announced this week that it has purchased Yammer a provider of enterprise social networks for $1.2 billion in cash. Yammer was launched back in 2008 and was created to provide an area where employees could meet in a secure area. Since its launch it has amassed a user base of around five million corporate users to date. Which includes employees at 85 percent of the Fortune 500 companies.
