The satirical novel created the phrase “catch-22” and it has come to be defined as a paradoxical situation from which an individual cannot escape because of contradictory rules. So what is the paradox concerning wireless networks? On one hand, you have service providers that are dramatically increasing their networks’ LTE speed as they continue to deploy the networks into more areas of the U.S. On the other hand, you have more and more people taking advantage of these faster speeds by downloading larger amounts of data and video streaming just about anything that they can.
