Getting consumers accustomed to using voice assistants on their smartphones will be key in driving voice commerce:

Smartphone-based voice assistant usage will increase as more consumers gain access to voice assistants on their devices. For example, Amazon announced the availability of Alexa on iOS devices in June, bringing Alexa to iOS users with the Alexa app.
