Good morning! Here's the technology news you need to know this morning.

1. Amazon launched a cloud computing service for the CIA and other intelligence agencies. Secret Region is an Amazon Web Services product that's allowed to handle material that is classified at the "secret" level.

2. The FCC is reportedly planning a total repeal of net neutrality rules. Politico reports that the US organization will today reveal a plan to remove net neutrality regulations, with a vote planned in December.

3. Uber plans to purchase 24,000 self-driving cars from Volvo in a potential multi-billion dollar deal. It's the biggest sale in the autonomous industry to date.

4. TED has reportedly wrestled with sexual harassment "for years," employees and attendees alleged. Internal emails show TED leadership discussing the proper course of action for dealing with the claims.

5. AT&T will face an antitrust lawsuit over its $84.5 billion (£63.7 billion) Time Warner deal. "This merger would greatly harm American consumers," Makan Delrahim, the head of the Justice Department's antitrust division, said announcing the suit.

6. Amazon is releasing a red version of its Amazon Echo which will benefit the (Red) charity. Every one of the red, second-generation Amazon Echoes sold will mean $10 (£7.54) goes to (Red).

7. Google bought a plot of land near Apple's planned Danish data centre. It could make Denmark one of the world's most popular places to build data centres.

8. Advertisers can target you psychologically based on a single Facebook like, a study found. Targeting ads this way resulted in a 40% jump in clicks and 50% jump in purchases.

9. Marvell Technology will buy rival chipmaker Cavium for $6 billion (£4.5 billion). Cavium shareholders will own about 25% of the combined company.

10. Nintendo's latest "Animal Crossing" game will be released on smartphones tomorrow. It's Nintendo's first big smartphone release since "Super Mario Run" last year.
