January 31, 2012 Phoenix NAP Completes Acquisition of Secured Servers Phoenix NAP, a provider of colocation services and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), has announced the completion of its acquisition of Secured Servers. The deal had been announced last August. The acquisition will provide Phoenix NAP with cloud computing, dedicated servers, additional colocation space and other services. Phoenix NAP president Ian McClarty said the move was in line with his company’s core business practices. “Our colocation options, public cloud services, and now dedicated hosting solutions reflect the ongoing commitment we have to be a go-to provider for established and emerging technologies,” he said.
