A new unique service-level agreement (SLA) offering conformity assurance has been introduced by Layered Technologies, Inc. Under the SLA “Compliance Guaranteed,” all the compliance services from Layered Technologies are guaranteed to clear all audits or assessments authorized by the applicable industry or regulatory bodies.
The complete range of IT controls that influence compliance including Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standard (PCI (News - Alert)-DSS) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act or HIPAA will be actively managed by Layered Technologies, thereby fulfilling its promise of providing round the clock compliance. All compliant hosting customers of Layered Technologies will be provided these services at no additional cost.
