According to the YouTube user Udetto, PlayStation 4 controller is compatible with PlayStation 3 and some of its titles. According to Udetto, he used the PlayStation 4 controller to play Urban Trial Freestyle, and he completed the training level without any problems. We have to mention that not all PlayStation 3 games will be compatible with PS4 controller, and that in order to use PS4 controller you'll have to to keep it connected to your PS3 via the USB cable.
