VIDEO: On Monday, Oct. 17 the aerospace company, Orbital ATK, will be launching its Antares rocket, which is carrying a payload for the International Space Station. The rocket is scheduled to blast off at 7:40 pm ET out of NASA's Wallops Flight Facility off the Virginia coast, and 14 states along the east coast will have the chance to see the rocket climb toward space shortly after take off.
