Good morning! Here's the technology news you need to know this Tuesday.

1. A federal judge in Brooklyn has ruled that the government can't force Apple to help break an iPhone's passcode security. It's not the San Bernardino case, but it could have an impact on it.

2. Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo claims that the new, smaller iPhone won't include 3D Touch, the feature that lets you press down on the phone screen for more options. The phone will apparently come in two storage capacities: 16GB and 64GB.

3. Tesla Gigafactory construction workers in Nevada walked off the job in protest. Bloomberg reported that 100 workers left the site in protest at outsourcing jobs to a third-party non-union contractor.

4. Yahoo hinted that it could write off its deal to acquire Tumblr. At the time of the acquisition, Yahoo said the goodwill portion of the deal was roughly $750 million (£536 million.)

5. Fintech app Mondo launched its crowdfunding campaign on Monday, but it was so popular that it brought down crowdfunding site Crowdcube. 44,000 people had been notified that the campaign went live.

6. One of Google's self-driving cars hit a bus, and it appears to be the first accident in which the car itself was at fault. There were no injuries, and the car was traveling at less than 2 mph.

7. Netflix appears to have successfully blocked all VPNs and unblockers from its service. It announced earlier this year that it was going to crack down on VPNs, but at the time it didn't look possible.

8. Snapchat admits one of its employees fell victim to an email scam that impersonated its CEO. No customer data was leaked in the incident.

9. There's a new version of the $35 hobbyist computer Raspberry Pi — and it finally has Wi-Fi. It also has a much faster processor.

10. Amazon signed a distribution deal with supermarket chain Morrisons. Ocado shares were down 9% following the news.
