The application is currently available for iPhone (News - Alert) and Android users and can be downloaded at the organization’s website for no extra cost. Comparisons of term life insurance offered by several major term life insurance companies are provided by the app. Some of these companies include American General, Aviva, Banner, Genworth, ING, John Hancock, Lincoln Benefit, Lincoln Financial Group, MetLife, Minnesota Life, Nationwide, Principal, Protective, Prudential, SBLI, Transamerica (News - Alert) and United of Omaha among others. The app also includes features like Term Quotes, Voice Recorder, ASAP Service, Jon's Blog and Webinar Replays among others. The user friendly app offers the simplified term quoting engines right on the mobile phones. The term quoting engine does not make use of medical terms, thereby ensuring ease of use for all customers. Customers are able to initiate their application process directly from their phone using the app’s unique Shaw Assist technology. The app also incorporates a podcast module, which can be used for listening to all the most recent medical underwriting and future underwriting presentations directly on the phone.
