Good morning! This is the tech news you need to know this Monday.

1. Netflix is testing ads for its original content that will play while you binge watch. Netflix users are not pleased, and took to social media this weekend to criticize the move.

2. The EU is drafting regulations to impose fines on firms like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter if they do not remove terrorist content within an hour. The Financial Times reported that the European Commission has decided to abandon a voluntary approach to get big tech platforms to remove terror-related videos.

3. Donald Trump criticizes social media companies for "discriminating against Republican/Conservative voices." He tweeted that his administration "won't let that happen."

4. Jack Dorsey tries to explain why Twitter ignored rules violations by Infowars for so long. Speaking to CNN, Dorsey said Twitter didn't take action against Alex Jones until others pointed out bad behavior.

5. It looks like Elon Musk and Grimes stopped following each other on Instagram and Twitter. It's unclear whether the pair remains a couple, but it comes after a difficult week in the spotlight for the Tesla CEO.

6. Even after massively diluting its stock, MoviePass' parent company could issue billions more shares. MoviePass investors' shares may soon be worth even less than they are now and there's little they can do about it.

7. The most famous Fortnite streamer said he won't play with women. Tyler "Ninja" Blevins is worried people will think he is flirting with female players, and it's raising some serious questions about the cost of internet fame. 

8. Apple's Refurbished Mac Store is its best-kept secret where you can buy devices in perfect condition with a nice little discount. For most of the refurbished options, you get a 15% discount across all the different models.

9. Google needs to apologize for violating the trust of its users once again, according to Business Insider's Dave Smith. An Associated Press investigation recently discovered that Google still collects its users' location data even if they have their Location History turned off.

10. Zume Pizza uses robotics and artificial intelligence to make pizza more quickly. Now SoftBank is in talks to invest up to $750 million in the company.
