Motorola Android Devices Banned In Germany Following Court Ruling Posted: 27 Jul 2012 02:25 AM PDT Microsoft have been suing Motorola in a FAT patent case in Germany, and according to Florian Mueller from Foss Patents, the court has just ruled against Motorola and have decided to ban Motorola’s Android devices in Germany. Microsoft will have to put up a bond of 10 million Euros to enforce the ruling, and Motorola will have to remove the infringing devices from retail stores, here is a statement from Microsoft.
