Chinese Companies, Professionals Aware of Green ICT


A survey conducted at China's Tsinghua University Media Survery Lab found that more Chinese information and communications technology (ICT) professionals are aware of green ICT services.


The study was commissioned by Alcatel-Lucent, and found that most Chinese companies were aware of green technology, and 59 percent said they planned to actually implement some form of it. Ninety percent of Chinese professionals said they thought green ICT would develop a green economy.
