The study was commissioned by Alcatel-Lucent, and found that most Chinese companies were aware of green technology, and 59 percent said they planned to actually implement some form of it. Ninety percent of Chinese professionals said they thought green ICT would develop a green economy. The study surveyed 500 people from education to government to industry.
