Jeff Hudgins currently serves as the Vice President of marketing for NEI. In this role he is responsible for product management, field application engineers, marketing communications and public relations. For the past eight years, he has been leading the engineering teams and the corporate efforts in new technology areas such as ATCA, uTCA, PCI-Express, and NEBS compliant designs. As an executive member of PICMG 3.X, Jeff is at the forefront of change and a voting member of the standards committee. In addition, Jeff authors a monthly column, Tech Score, for Internet Telephony magazine.

Tom Wallace
Vice President, Customer Service
Trustwave SIEM

Tom Wallace is the Vice President, Field Services for Trustwave. Mr. Wallace has over 25 years experience with the Information Technology and related services with over 16 years with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). In his current position, he is responsible for the implementation and training services for all of Trustwave's licensed products as well as Security Information Services (SIS). Prior to joining Trustwave through the Intellitactics acquisition in 2010, Mr. Wallace was the Vice President of Customer Service responsible for all aspects of the customer experience including field services; the technical assistance center; pre-sales engineering and SIS. Prior to joining Intellitactics in 2003, Mr. Wallace held several director positions relating to field services, pre-sales engineering and customer assistance with Portal Software and Sterling Software starting in 1995. Prior joining to Sterling Software, Mr. Wallace held positions with several companies providing IT services. Mr. Wallace has a Bachelors Degree from James Madison University, and a Masters Degree in Information Management Systems from The American University.

Charlie McPhail
Sales Engineer
Dell OEM Solutions.

Charlie McPhail is a Sales Engineer for Dell OEM Solutions. His primary responsibilities include providing server and storage solutions to OEM Customers, as well as advising engineering and product management teams to remove obstacles in reaching Solution Closure. Prior to Dell, Charlie spent over a decade driving customer solutions in the telecommunications industry at companies such as Intel and Dialogic. Many of his systems designs are in place at numerous Fortune 500 companies and have earned him several company awards. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.

Glenn O'Donnell
Senior Analyst,
Forrester Research, Inc.

Glenn O'Donnell currently serves Infrastructure & Operations professionals at Forrester Research, Inc. He is widely regarded as a top thought leader in IT service management, IT operations, and the broader social implications of technology evolution. Glenn's specialties are in data center automation and operational excellence. He is the co-author of The CMDB Imperative, a book on CMDB best practices. Prior to joining Forrester, Glenn was a major force in transforming EMC's resource management software business as a marketing lead and strategic contributor. He is also a former IT operations analyst at META Group. Most of Glenn's career encompassed 21 years in various companies within the Bell System, including Western Electric; Bell Labs; AT&T; and finally, Lucent Technologies, where he held increasingly influential roles in technology development, IT operations, and enterprise architecture.
