There are two companies that appear to have the most power in the new Smartwatch space: Apple and Qualcomm.
It's 2015 and the world is going mobile - even more so than it already has. So there's no time like the present to make sure you have the best mobile friendly website possible. Ideally, actually, there's no time like yesterday.
As the headline says, robotic telepresence company Revolve Robotics recently announced the integration between the controls of its Kubi robotic telepresence platform and cloud-based videoconferencing provider Zoom's video collaboration software. As you will see below this is noteworthy a few scores. However, before getting into the details a little context is in order.
If you look around any organization, it is clear that the number of endpoints and applications in use are growing exponentially. Data is being accessed from local and cloud-based storage through mobile devices that can be used as an access point to your most sensitive information.

AVG has found a new way to capitalize on the non-identifying data it collects from users. The company recently updated its privacy policy to reveal that it will be selling some user data from its free offerings as a way to make money and keep its apps free. The company will collect users' browser history, including a list of searches made using the browser, as a way to fund its apps.
Earlier this year, Google filed an informal appeal to discard the European Court of Justice's ruling stating the impediment of the public's right to information as it reasons, claiming that it was a form of censorship. Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin, who is the president of CNIL, has rejected Google's appeal.
All the due-diligence in the world could not stop the ironclad iOS App store from falling prey to malware. Today, it was announced that several trusted app developers were conned into using counterfeit versions of Xcodes, dubbed XcodesGhost, in application construction. The result, according to initial reports, was approximately 40 apps being infected with malware.
The 4K Ultra HD television space is heating up, with TV shipments tumbling out at triple-digit rates and commercial arrangements proliferating nicely. At this year's IBC 2015 in Amsterdam, which wrapped up this week, players across the ecosystem showed themselves to be embracing the trend in a big way.
