Streamium is said to be similar to Meerkat and Periscope in operation, but adds the extra twist of including a Bitcoin-driven pay-per-minute system. Rates are defined by the user, and users supply the email address of choice by which said users would like to be paid. The system uses Web-based real time communications (WebRTC) protocol as the basis for its streaming capability, and reports suggest the entire code can be found at GitHub.
