Lenovo ThinkPad S431 touchscreen notebook

Lenovo is well-known for its notebooks, and speaking of which, Lenovo has announced a new notebook, so let's have a closer look at it.



ThinkPad S431 is the latest addition to the Lenovo ThinkPad line, and this notebook comes with 20.5mm frame and real aluminum sand blasted and anodized cover. As for the hardware, this notebook comes with Intel's 3rd gen Core processor, 8GB RAM and 500GB hard drive. Due to the super slim bezel, this notebook uses 14-inch LCD display, despite its 13-inch frame. This notebook comes with 180-degree open angle, so you can use this laptop in different modes, and thanks to the multitouch touchscreen, you can easily perform gestures such as swiping, scrolling and tapping. We have to point out that ThinkPad S431 supports Lenovo's OneLink technology that allows you to connect the laptop to the ThinkPad OneLink Dock with a single cable and gain access to dedicated video, additional USB 3.0 ports and gigabit Ethernet. As for the software, this notebook comes with Windows 8.

Lenovo ThinkPad S431 should be available for sale starting this month with a starting price of $699.
