With this acquisition, Spindle will be no more, but the company's entire team will apparently be put to work at Twitter, most likely on some sort of local discovery and check-in feature for the micro-blogging site.

At that time, he promised the strategic review then under way would be concluded expeditiously and be followed with an action plan. He has made good on his promise with the public unveiling of what is being called, "The Shift Plan."

The company just released 15 new Creative Cloud apps, which can be stored in the cloud and opened on multiple types of devices and platforms. I belong to a club called Club Sportiva which gives you the opportunity to drive exotic cars (the cars they have in the fleet are here) while avoiding the extreme costs of owning such a car. Let's start with the amazing stuff and in part two, we'll discuss the headaches.
In part one of this series, I discussed the positive features of the new Tesla. Here, I'll cover some of the drawbacks.
