With the miniaturization of smartphones, PCs, GPS watches and other portable devices, every component and slot in the gadget must similarly reduce in size. Some of the most neglected and hard to redesign consist of component plug-in interfaces such as charging ports, USB ports and micro-SIM slots.


In light of this, Molex  Incorporated, a specialist in designing micro-SIM card sockets, has come up with a new and simple solution with its micro-SIM push-push card sockets, which are compact and deliver high contact with advanced retention mechanisms to counter accidental card ejection.
