Lisa Lugo, a former employee who worked at CrossFit at the time, told Business Insider that she recorded the audio on her phone at a big company event in Montana in 2011. Lugo alleged the man in the audio is Greg Glassman — the CrossFit founder and former CEO who stepped down after a widely condemned June 6 tweet — and that she is the woman in the clip. "I had my phone under my pillow because I was like, no one's going to believe me," she told Business Insider in a phone call. "So I was recording everything."
