T-Mobile and Sprint's merger renegotiation suggests the deal may be becoming less valuable
T-Mobile is looking to renegotiate its $26 billion merger agreement with Sprint as the timeframe for the combination continues to get pushed back.

The merger has been delayed due to regulatory scrutiny from the FCC and the Department of Justice, and is still on hold due to an ongoing antitrust lawsuit from a group of state attorneys general.

As the timeline of the merger keeps moving out, the deal is becoming less valuable to T-Mobile and provides AT&T and Verizon with a chance to shore up their positions in the market.

Business Insider Intelligence's Peter Newman has the full story.
