The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has been nothing more than a rumor since early spring. In the wake of website owners continuing to question the value of social microblogging site Twitter, at an industry conference today, the company announced an analytics service for publishers. At the TechCrunch Disrupt conference Tuesday, Twitter's Director of Web Business Development April Underwood revealed the launch of Twitter Web Analytics, "a service that makes use of technology the company got in its July acquisition of Backtype," CNET reported.
