Vlocity, at last report, represents the first industry cloud software company that can bring multiple industry-specific tools into play for use with the Salesforce1 platform, and shows off some of that prowess with Vlocity Insurance 2.0. One of the biggest additions with the new rollout, according to Vlocity, is that ABD Insurance & Financial Services is now live on Vlocity Insurance 2.0, a major development since ABD is one of the top 100 brokers of risk and reward advisory services. There are an assortment of new tools included in the system, including visualization tools for network insurance relationships of all types ranging from individual and household to business. Know Your Customer data and disclosures are more readily kept on hand, and it becomes much easier to show the key points of policies, as same are integrated with agency management systems. There are tools to better identify events that serve as calls to action, as well as reminders for renewals, with tools to track product information and better incorporate that information into presentations.
