| Beats Will Buy Back Shares From HTC For $265 Million Posted: 27 Sep 2013 03:47 AM PDT HTC has announced that Beats Electronics will buy back the 25 percent stake in Beats that is held by HTC, the deal will be worth around $265 million for HTC. The two companies started working together a couple of years ago, when HTC purchased a 50.1 percent share in Beats. Beats Electronics purchased 25 percent of its shares back after one year, the last remaining 25 percent is being purchased in the latest deal.

| ZTE Nubia With Snapdragon 800 To Launch In November Posted: 27 Sep 2013 02:38 AM PDT It looks like ZTE has another new ZTE Nubia smartphone in the works, the company has apparently confirmed that they will launch a new Nubia smartphone powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. The handset is said to launch some time in November, and will apparently feature a 5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

| Samsung Responds To Galaxy Note 3 European SIM Card Lock Posted: 27 Sep 2013 12:49 AM PDT We recently heard that the European version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 would only work with European SIM cards, which was quite a surprise when the details were revealed yesterday. What this means is that if you travel abroad outside of Europe, for example to the US, you will not be able to use a US SIM card in the handset, instead you will have to use your existing SIM card and use roaming, which could end up being expensive.
