The Asus Padfone Infinity will also be fitted with a 5 inch display with a resolution of 1080p and 440 ppi pixels, and will be supplied running Google’s latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

| Nokia Lumia 521 Announced For T-Mobile Posted: 25 Feb 2013 07:45 AM PST Earlier today Nokia announced the Nokia Lumia 520, and now US mobile carrier T-Mobile has announced a version of the device that will be available exclusively through T-Mobile, the Nokia Lumia 521. The Nokia Lumia 521 will share similar specifications to the T-Mobile Nokia Lumia 521, which will include a a 4 inch IPS display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, and a dual core 1GHz Snapdragon processor.

The ZTE Grand Memo is fitted with a 5.7-inch 720p HD TFT display, which is powered by a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, supported by 1GB of RAM.

| Intel Clover Trail+ Dual Core Smartphone Processors Announced Posted: 25 Feb 2013 07:24 AM PST Intel has announced the launch of some new processors which are designed to be used in smartphones, the Intel Clover Trail+, which is a dual core mobile processor that will feature clock speeds of between 1.2GHz and 2GHz. Intel have said that they will launch at least three different processor’s in their Clover Trail+ range, with the Intel Atom Z2520 featuring a clock speed of 1.2GHz, and the Intel Atom Z2560 featuring a clock speed of 1.6GHz.

| MYO Gesture Control Armband Now Available To Pre-Order (video) Posted: 25 Feb 2013 06:42 AM PST A new gesture control armband called the MYO has been developed by Thalmic Labs which has been designed for users to wear around their forearms, and then connect to other devices via Bluetooth allowing them to be controlled with gestures. The MYO armband developers Thalmic Labs is a start up company which has been backed by Y Combinator raising $1.1 million, and was founded by University of Waterloo Mechatronics Engineering graduates Aaron Grant, Matthew Bailey, and Stephen Lake. | LG To Use webOS In Its Smart TVs Posted: 25 Feb 2013 03:15 AM PST It looks like LG has purchased the rights for webOS from HP and LG will be using the previous Palm mobile software in its range of Smart TVs, and LG now apparently owns the webOS source code. LG will be using webOS in their Smart TVs in the future, and it doesn’t look like the have any plans to use webOS in future smartphones, so we guess that will be the end of webOS for smartphones unless LG change their mind in the future.

The Nokia Lumia 720 comes with dual cameras, up front we have a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, on the back we have a 6.7 megapixel BSI camera with a Carl Zeiss lens, auto-focus and an LED flash, the rear camera is capable of 720p HD video at 30 frames per second.
