Amazon has a goal to get rid of a certain number of employees each year, voluntarily or otherwise.
A leaked memo appears to show some teams seek to meet that goal by putting twice as many people in a coaching program.
If the teams failed to get rid of enough people last year, they must make up the difference in 2021.
