Here's What We've Learned About Snapchat's Corporate Culture

Snap Inc. (formerly Snapchat) has been a notoriously secretive company, but Thursday night's IPO was the clearest look we've ever had at the social media giant's inner workings.

Much of the attention has gone Snap Inc.'s numbers: 158 million daily average users; $404.5 million (£324 million) in revenues, and $522 million (£418 million) in net losses.

But the S-1 filing has painted a picture of the company's internal culture, specifically what co-founders Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy believe is important and what is not.
