Huawei Ascend P6 officially announced

Posted: 27 Feb 2014 09:32 AM PST

Huawei has been busy, and we already covered Huawei MediaPad M1, but if you're looking for a smartphone, you'll be pleased to hear that Huawei has announced its latest member of Ascend family.

Huawei Ascend P6 comes with 4.5-inch display with 960×540 resolution, which might be too low for some users that are accustomed to HD resolution. Additional specs include 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 8-megapixel camera and 5-megapixel front camera for video calls. We have to mention that this device will support 4G LTE connectivity, and it will run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

As you can see, Huawei Ascend P6 is a mid-range smartphone, and one of its flaws might be display resolution. We also have to mention that information about this device is somewhat scarce, so we don't have all hardware specs available. As for availability, we should see this device available in the UK in April, but the price remains a mystery.
