When Nuance Enterprise surveyed consumers last week, one very important overarching message came across loud and clear: 90 percent of consumers are more likely to do business with a company in the future if they have a positive interaction with the brand’s mobile application.
This sentiment was certainly corroborated during the ITEXPO panel discussion titled “Connecting Your Business to Your Mobile Customers,” which took place this afternoon, Aug. 27, and featured speakers from Avaya, Genesys and Nuance.
“Within the industry, we talk about the need to go above and beyond what the customer is expecting,” Gregory Pal, of the Nuance Enterprise Division, announced during the panel. “But what’s more important in terms of keeping customers happy is delivering on the service expectation every single time and doing it in a way that makes it easy and efficient.”Read More
