| |  | Aubrey Smith alleges that when they were teenagers in 1999, her cousin Trevor Milton offered her a massage, then removed her bra without her consent and groped her. "I was absolutely shocked," Smith said. "My mind could not make sense of what was happening."
After Smith made her allegations, another woman told CNBC that in 2004, Milton, her boss at the time, assaulted her when she was 15, and he was 22. Milton, who recently resigned as chairman of Nikola amid accusations of fraud, denies both allegations.
