A seafood pasta dish that blends your favorite vegetables! INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup olive oil 3 medium garlic cloves, minced 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes 3/4 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, sliced 3/4 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper Salt and pepper to taste 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut diagonally into 1-1/2-inch pieces 12 ounces thin spaghetti 8 ounces mascarpone cheese 8 ounces fresh crab meat 1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
